DEFINE
The Bangsamoro Learning and Development Resource Portal (BLDRP) is a web-based catalogue and repository of learning, teaching and professional development resources. It allows users to access digitized versions of resources that are published and stored within the learning and development (L&D) Resource Portal repository.
The BLDRP aims to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education (MBHTE) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) in the strategic use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to increase its effectiveness, efficiency, and resiliency in delivering education services.
The BLDRP was developed through the partnership of MBHTE and Education Pathways to Peace in Mindanao with support from the Government of Australia.
